SPASH’s Willis, Bourget and Lepak earn All-State honors

Sophomore Roisin Willis of the Stevens Point Area Senior High School (SPASH) girls cross country team, and junior Jake Bourget and senior Jake Lepak of the SPASH boys cross country team made the 2019 Wisconsin Cross Country Coaches Association (WCCCA) All-State Team.
Willis was First Team All-State after she finished third overall with a time of 18:20.9 at the WIAA Division 1 State Meet at The Ridges Golf Course in Wisconsin Rapids Nov. 2.
Bourget and Lepak were both Second Team All-State, after they helped the Panthers finish as the WIAA Division 1 State Runner-up.
Bourget finished 14th overall with a time of 16:14.5, and Lepak was 20th in 16:17.9 at the WIAA Division 1 State Meet at The Ridges Golf Course in Wisconsin Rapids Nov. 2.
The SPASH boys cross country team also earned Academic All-State honors this season, for their performance in the classroom and on the course.
