Pacelli head coach John Schurk reflects on the season so far, “The season started off great and we were really clicking but since we have been so unpredictable, even to ourselves. We go on stretches where we win three in a row, then lose three in a row and the pattern starts all over again.
“Myself and our coaching staff still have a lot of faith in our team and the direction our program is going in. We continue to work hard and no matter how the season ends up, we are blessed to have this opportunity to participate in a game we love and hopefully make a positive impact on every student who goes through our program.
“We appreciate all the support we can get from the community as we gear up to end the season strong and enter the Regionals.”
Pacelli will face Weyauwega-Fremont on Feb. 11 in a nonconference matchup. Newman Catholic hosts Rib Lake on Feb. 7 and then will head to Prentice on Feb. 14.
