PORTAGE COUNTY – COVID has prompted many home and shop owners to indulge in their festive decorating habits – stringing lights, garland and tinsel throughout the town – as a means to spread holiday joy and cheer.

The Gazette stopped by downtown Stevens Point to share the hard work and creative scenes made by local entrepreneurs.

Guests can see everything from Santa’s workshop to ornate seasonal displays lining Main Street through the holidays.
