A victim was scammed out of $500 in gaming cards and gave out their personal info to a phone scammer.
A man living in his vehicle informed police he was working at the location near Hwy 10 E. They told the police they plan to move soon.
A suspect was knocking on a victim’s door with a baseball bat and was arrested for disorderly conduct near Saint Paul Street.
Two suspects were arrested for charges including possession of amphetamine, THC, possession of a firearm by a felon, and bail jumping on Michigan Avenue.
A bike was left unlocked and was stolen near Fifth Avenue.
Kids were caught throwing fireworks at passing vehicles near Lindbergh Avenue. The parents were informed that fireworks were illegal, no further issues were reported.

A driver was found slumped over his wheel while a passenger was delusional and making odd hand movements on West Clark Street. The pair were on prescription medication and unable to drive. They were picked up by a sober driver.
Hit and run
A driver hit a tree and fled on foot on Maria Drive and West Street without reporting the crash and was later arrested for possession of drugs, bail jumping, and hit and run.
An intoxicated driver was found slumped over at the wheel. They were picked up by a sober driver on West Clark Street.
A victim reported a stolen bike and snowblower on Forest Street.
A driver was arrested for their first OWI and possession of THC and drug paraphilia. They were also charged with transporting a minor with intoxicants in the vehicle.
A driver received their first OWI near Division Street and Sixth Avenue.
