STEVENS POINT – Eleazar Rodriguez was convicted of second degree sexual assault of a child in September 2020 and third degree sexual assault in May 1999. Both of which Rodriguez has served his prison sentence for.In 2019, Rodriguez touched both over and under the clothing of a 14 year old female acquaintance’s breasts, buttocks and genitals. Rodriguez would also enter the victim’s bed and have the victim touch his penis.
Rodriguez threatened the victim if she told of the assaults. Upon release from prison, Rodriguez will be living at 1504 Water Street, Stevens Point. He will be placed on supervision with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC), and monitored by Probation agents with the Division of Community Corrections, in Portage County. Rodriguez is also subject to lifetime GPS monitoring.
Rodriguez has additional conditions to not have any unsupervised contact with minors; no contact with the victims; not to consume drugs. Rodriguez is to comply with the standard sex offender rules; cooperate with electronic monitoring. Rodriguez is to have face-to-face contact with law enforcement and comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of Wisconsin sex offender registry.
