Aspirus Health welcomes behavioral health specialist

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Aspirus Riverview Behavioral Health welcomes Catherine Cattanach, PA-C.

A physician assistant, Cattanach joins Aspirus Riverview Behavioral Health’s other behavioral health professionals to help meet the area’s growing need for mental health and substance abuse services. She takes a special interest in caring for patients with depression, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.

“I aim to individualize my approach to each patient to best suit their needs,” said Cattanach. “I strive to provide my patients with a safe place to discuss sensitive subjects.”

Cattanach earned her master of physician assistant studies degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She also holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Cattanach enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, cooking, traveling, and game nights.

Aspirus Riverview Behavioral Health is located within Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids. It is staffed by psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, licensed clinical social workers, counselors and support professionals. To schedule an appointment, please call 715-422-9319.
