SPASH girl’s golf starts season on top

STEVENS POINT – The SPASH Girl’s Golf team headed to the Marshfield Country Club for Leg 2 of the 2021 season and finished on top for the day.

Riley Pechinksi of SPASH was the medalist for the meet with a score of 37, teammate Ava Frederiksen had a score of 40.

SPASH led the meet with 181. Wausau West/East was right behind them with 185, Wisconsin Rapids scored 190, Marshfield finished with 204 and D.C. Everest had 226.

Leg 3 of the season took place on Sept. 2 hosted by Wausau East/West at the Tribute Golf Course.
