PORTAGE COUNTY – The Portage County Solid Waste Transfer Facility and MRF will be implementing the following winter and holiday hours for the remainder of 2021 and into 2022:
Special November Hours
Closed:
Saturday, Nov. 6, 20, & 27
Thursday, Nov. 25 (Thanksgiving)
Open:
Saturday, Nov. 13 from 7:30 a,m, – 12 p,m, (extended hours)
Friday, Nov. 26 from 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (normal hours)
Special December Hours
Closed:
Saturday, Dec. 4, 11, & 25
Friday, Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve)
Open:
Saturday, Dec. 18 from 7:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. (extended hours)
Special January Hours
Closed:
Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022
If not indicated above the Portage County Solid Waste Department will be open normal hours; 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
