All paws in: Local business donates to HSPC

For the City times
PORTAGE COUNTY – D & D Automotive Services, Inc. owner Dave Harvath loves animals. Besides having their own pets at home; Dave and his wife Anna continuously give their support to homeless shelter animals in Portage County.
The Harvath’s business D & D Auto has spearheaded the “Mechanics For Mutt’s” project for a number of years. This year D & D Automotive donated $9,787.08 to the animals of the Humane Society of Portage County.
Executive Director of HSPC Sherri Galle-Teske expressed gratitude for the donation, saying donations of this magnitude help many shelter animals; especially those in need of medical attention, medicines, surgeries and other animal emergencies.
