PLOVER – Throughout recent times, many of us have tried to pay special attention to wellness. We seem to hear the term at least once a day. But what is wellness and what do we mean when we talk about it?

When many of us think of what it means to be well, we often think of what we can see. We think of our physical body and our hair or our surroundings. While these are all aspects of what it means to be healthy, a new local business is emphasizing the different dimensions of wellness and its intent is to transform wellness for many in the central Wisconsin community.

The Garden- A Wellness Space recently opened in Plover. At the heart of the business’ mission is the commitment of betterment centered in the six dimensions of wellness. The six dimensions encompass: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social and occupational wellness.

The Garden is meant to provide unique opportunities for its customers to improve their wellness in each area. Central to this commitment are things like spiritual classes. These classes range from topics like emotional experiences, inspirational journaling, and play based mindfulness; each class designed with unique goals and objectives meant to improve the overall wellness of its attendee. In addition to the spiritual strength classes, are some more traditional physical wellness classes that have titles ranging from rebuild, to 715 Fit, to Fit Dance.

In addition to the above class offerings, The Garden offers specialized ways to commit to wellness. To get in on some of the special benefits offered by The Garden, customers have the ability to choose from membership options that include one on one coaching and other options that allow customers to try out classes and pay for each individual class that they take. The Garden also provides space for group work or for organizations to rent out. If you are interested in trying out any of the listed amenities or resources listed above, or have any questions, you can visit the business’ website at https://www.thegarden.life/ or you can find them on Facebook at The Garden- A Wellness Space.
