PORTAGE COUNTY – Aspirus Health recently named Carrie Penovich as Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer for its southeast division, which includes Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital and Aspirus Plover Hospital.

With more than 17 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare field, Penovich specializes in building meaningful professional relationships with physicians, leadership and support staff. Most recently, she served as Chief Operations Officer and Financial Leader at Catalpa Health. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

“I am extremely blessed to have the opportunity to not only serve those working in the Aspirus Plover and Stevens Point hospitals, but also getting to know everyone in the communities we serve,” said Penovich. “Our compassionate staff is committed to providing the highest level of care. On behalf of the entire team at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital and Aspirus Plover Hospital, thank you for trusting us with your medical needs.”

Penovich is married and has two adult children. She enjoys hiking, boating, and all things outdoors.
