Home2 breaks ground in Stevens Point


Property expected to welcome guests in July 2024

STEVENS POINT — Growth Hotels LLC broke ground Aug. 15 at 3317 John Joanis Drive, the site of its future Home2 Suites hotel. The 91-room property will be operated by Ledgestone Hospitality. Construction, led by Hoeft Construction Company, is expected to be completed by July 2024.
“Today marks a special moment as we officially break ground in Stevens Point. We are excited to solidify our partnership with the best-in-class hospitality leader, Hilton,” said David Wogernese, owner, Growth Hotels LLC.
The hotel will feature Home2 standard brand amenities such as free hot breakfast with healthy options, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business center and fitness center. Each guestroom will include HDTV, free in-room movie channels and coffee maker.
